In October 2014 I moved from a 3 bedroom, 2 car garage, full basement house into a 2 bedroom, 1 car garage, no basement duplex in the Downey Knolls 55+ Development. Needless to say it took a bit of down-sizing, but after getting rid of “stuff” I didn’t need, I am quite satisfied with the move. My unit is nicely arranged, easy to care for and much to my surprise is sound proof. I never hear my neighbors, nor do I hear the traffic. Everything has been above my expectations! Come join us!
